Notes: This middle-aged woman came in for facelift and lower lid
blepharoplasty consult. She had rather good quality facial skin. Around
the neck area, there was a mild excess of fatty deposits with some
jowling. She had a mild descent of cheek fat. Her lower eyelids had
thinner and crepe-like skin. She had good elasticity of the lower
eyelids. She had lower eyelid blepharoplasty with moderate fat and
conservative skin resection. She also had a facelift with SMAS layer
tightening. These procedures successfully rejuvenated her facial

A
Browlift is designed to reduce the wrinkles of the forehead and
between the brows, and to raise the position of the
brows. This "opens" the eye
area and results in a much more alert and pleasant appearance. This procedure is often
combined with blepharoplasty and/or facelift.
 This middle-aged 45 year old woman disliked her fatty deposit at her neck
area.
She had good skin elasticity and her face did not have any sagging. She
did
not need a full facelift. Limited liposuction under local anesthesia
with removal
of 25 cc of fat at her neck area achieved what she was looking for with
minimal
down time from work.

Rhinoplasty, or the nose job, varies from
simple removal of a hump to extensive reshaping of the dorsum and tip of the nose. It can also be combined with septoplasty to improve breathing difficulty.

Otoplasty is correcting of ear deformity. The most common deformity is the protruding ear. Individuals, especially
children, with this problem often are often ridiculed and self conscious. We can help.
This 24 year old woman has been quite self-conscious
with her prominent ears. The ears protruded because of over-projection
of the concha cartilage. The correction involved removal of excess skin
and cartilage from the ears. The scars were behind the ears and well
hidden. The surgery successfully reduced the projection of the ears.

Cheek and Chin implants improve the contour of the cheek bone and chin. These procedures can be performed
alone or in combination with others.
This 45 year old woman felt her chin is "weak" and this
make her nose seem over-projecting. The chin augmentation is performed
through an incision inside the lower lip. The chin augmentation made her
lower face much better balanced with the upper face. She is very happy
with the results. Implants: 1.2 cm thickness anatomic chin implant.
